Guidelines/Policies

VO Sounding Board is located on the West Coast, operating on Pacific Coast Time.
Operating Hours: Monday - Friday (excludes holidays) 8:00 am to 8:00 pm PT
VO Sounding Board provides you with the flexibility to submit your audition or demo at any time, accommodating the dynamic nature of the voiceover industry.
In instances of urgency outside our regular working hours, rest assured that your submission will receive prompt attention at the onset of the next business day. For those seeking a rushed audition turnaround after hours, our commitment to a 4-hour response begins promptly at 8:00 am PT, please ensure that this will align with your personal deadlines.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. At VO Sounding Board, we hold confidentiality in the highest regard. Rest assured that any material shared with us remains strictly confidential. We pledge not to post, discuss, or utilize any information beyond the scope of the audition review provided. Our commitment to confidentiality is unwavering, underscoring our dedication to safeguarding your trust and privacy.

Refunds

We strive to provide timely and satisfactory feedback. If we fail to meet the agreed-upon timeline for returning your feedback, we will offer a full refund minus any processing fees incurred. Please contact us regarding any refund requests within 7 days from the original feedback delivery date.

To ensure a comprehensive review, kindly provide us with an mp3 audition, along with the sides/copy and any additional information that sheds light on the role. Your thorough submission allows us to better understand and evaluate your performance.

Turnaround Time Guarantee

Our work hours align with the cosmic clock, from 8am to 8pm PDT. We guarantee a swift turnaround time of either 4 or 12 hours from the moment you transmit your audio and any supporting documents (i.e., script/specs).

Examples:

If you launch your submission at 10am PDT and opt for the 4-hour warp, your audio will be reviewed by 2pm PDT the same solar cycle.
For a 12-hour orbit, submitting at 3pm PDT will result in your audio returning to you by 3pm PDT the following cosmic cycle.
Choose a 4-hr warp with a 7pm PDT submission, expect a review by 11am PDT the NEXT day.
